Doublemax Radish - Multi-Resistant Nematode Control Fodder Radish

Doublemax is a late flowering, nematode reduction class 1 multi-resistant radish that shows resistance against the white and yellow beet cyst nematode (Heteroderea schachtii and betae) with control of up to 90% reduction possible. Doublemax is also resistant against Columbia root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne chitwoodii and fallax) with a reduction comparable with black fallow (>95% of the nematode population). Doublemax is highly resistant against Alterneria and can also reduce nematodes like Trichodorus (stubby root nematode).

Applications:

• Biofumigant and break crop for control • of Heterodera schachtii (beet cyst eelworm, sugar beet nematode)
  
• Well suited for erosion control, weed control and soil tilth improvement.
  

Excellent in rotation with potatoes, sugar beets and vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, lettuce or other vegetables to reduce know nematodes.
